Objectives of the Course This course aims to examine the private law dimension of banking law as a multidisciplinary field and especially the law of obligations.
Course Content In this framework, contracts between the bank and the customer such as deposits, loans and safe deposit boxes are discussed and the liability regime that the bank is subject to in the legal relationship between the bank and the customer is revealed through both theory and practice.
Course Methods and Techniques It is recommended to do preliminary research on the topics mentioned in the syllabus and to contribute to a productive discussion environment in the classroom by reading the relevant sections of the works mentioned in the references section in advance.
