Dersin Detayları Dersin Dili Türkçe Dersin Düzeyi Yüksek Lisans Bölümü / Programı Uluslararası ve Mukayeseli Hukuk Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı (Türkçe) Öğrenim Türü Örgün Öğretim Dersin Türü Seçmeli Dersin Öğretim Şekli Yüz Yüze Dersin Amacı Kamu idareleri ve özel sektör işbirliği ile yapılan projeleri uluslararası hukuk ve Türk hukuku hükümleri, doktrinde ileri sürülen görüşler ve mahkeme kararları ışığında değerlendirmektir. Dersin İçeriği Kamu Özel Ortaklıkları dersinde Kamu sektörü ile Özel Sektörün birlğikte çalışabilme yöntemlerini anlatılır.Türkiye’de uyuglanan projeler mevzuat acısından değerlendirilerek , uluslararası hukuktaki uyguşamaları ile mukayese edilir.
