Dersin Amacı -To introduce the main concepts, basic theories, and discussions of monetary theory,
-To state the
difference between monetary analysis and real analysis, and -To provide information about recent
approaches on monetary analysis
Dersin İçeriği Definition and functions of money, the importance of money for economic activity, theories of the
demand for money, monetary transmission mechanisms, money-inflation-welfare relationship,
hyperinflation, the role of money in contemporary economic schools.
