Objectives of the Course The aim of this course is to discuss the national and international current issues in the theory and practice of arbitration for participants who have a good understanding of arbitration and to make suggestions for problems.
Course Content - Addressing the framework of arbitration law,
- Discussing and evaluating arbitration legislation and arbitral decisions,
- Researching and discussing the current issues of arbitration and creating solution-oriented outputs
Course Methods and Techniques Personal work, case study, research and discussion, and practice together with Active and Digital Learning Tools
