Course Content
|
In the course, the types of contracts that are not regulated in the Turkish Code of Obligations but are made in practice within the scope of freedom of contract will be examined. In this context, especially construction contracts in return for land share, sole-selling contracts, PPP contracts, franchising contracts will be examined in detail.
