Objectives of the Course The aim of the course is to enable students to learn the basic concepts of Capital Market Law, Stock Exchange Law and Partnership Law, to comprehend the legal regulations related to these departments and to apply this knowledge in the legal problems they will encounter in the future.
Course Content The course focuses on the functioning of capital markets in the context of the regulations governing public joint stock companies operating in capital markets.
