Objectives of the Course The purpose of the lecture is to teach students basic principles of the trademark law and inform them regarding the recent developments in the field and give them a habit of research on the topic.
Course Content Transfer of technology, signing and protection of license agreements, trademarks, patents, industrial desing, free trade of goods, standardization and protection of commercial and industrial rights, international system in patents, World Trade Organization, WIPO, European patent system, geographical signs and names, investments, and other relevant subjects
Course Methods and Techniques Theoretical lecture, discussion, digital learning methods will be used in the course
