Objectives of the Course
|
This course's purposes are as follows:
- Draft Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works Amendment and comparative analysis of the EU Copyright Directive (‘EU Copyright Directive’ / ‘The Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market’) (1.1.)
- Analysing the legislation in our country for the protection of intellectual property rights in comparison with the EU legislation (2.1.)
- Presentation of research on intellectual property rights (3.3.1.)
- Distinguishing the changes envisaged in the context of the EU Copyright Directive and the Draft Law on Intellectual Property Rights (2.3.)
- Discussing the possible practical consequences of the amendments envisaged in the context of the EU Copyright Directive and the Draft IP Law (2.1.)
- Introducing the amendments envisaged for more effective protection of intellectual property rights in the context of the EU Copyright Directive and the Draft Code (1.1)

In the course, the Draft Amendment to the Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works and the EU Copyright Directive (‘EU Copyright Directive’ / ‘The Directive on Copyright in the Digital Single Market’) will be analysed comparatively.
