Objectives of the Course - Giving general information about alternative dispute resolution methods
- Examination of legal sources on alternative dispute resolution methods
- Comparison of national legal sources that regulate the subject with international sources
- To be able to use national legislation on alternative dispute resolution
- To be able to apply alternative dispute resolution methods
- Comparative evaluation of sample judicial decisions on the subject
- To be able to make a presentation by preparing a paper on the subject
Course Content In this course, it is aimed to examine the types of disputes that may arise in individual and collective labor law and the existing and possible legal problems regarding the resolution of these disputes within the framework of alternative dispute resolution methods.

4 Interpret the legislation on labour disputes and resolution methods.
5 Conducts research on issues related to alternative dispute resolution methods in labour law.
6 Can act as an effective party attorney in mandatory and optional mediation application and process management in labour law.
7 Defines ordinary and extraordinary mediation methods in collective labour law disputes.
8 Learns the procedures and principles of arbitration in labour disputes.
9 Learns the operating procedures and principles of the High Arbitration Board.
