Objectives of the Course - Giving general information about the effects of Industry 4.0 and digitalization on labor law
Course Content In this course, the provisions to be applied to teleworking methods and telework-based employment contracts and the existing and potential legal questions and problems regarding the work carried out with this method will be examined by comparing the Turkish Labor Law with the Directives and ILO Conventions applied in the European Union countries.
Course Methods and Techniques This course is conducted through an interactive teaching approach that combines theoretical and practical perspectives. The concepts of digitalization, Industry 4.0, and remote work are examined from both national and international legal viewpoints. The course employs the following methods:

Comparative legal analysis,

Examination of ILO and EU regulations,

Case studies and judicial decision analysis,

In-class discussions and group work,

Student presentations and research papers.
Through these methods, students are expected to develop the ability to understand, evaluate, and propose legal solutions to issues arising from evolving work models in the context of digital transformation.
