Objectives of the Course

- Possessing theoretical and practical knowledge of concepts and institutions related to International Trade Law, - Keeping abreast of current developments in International Trade Law and developing solutions to problems encountered in practice, - Discussing developments, opinions, assessments, and proposed solutions in International Trade Law in writing or verbally, - Critically evaluating the regulations of the International Chamber of Commerce relating to international trade.

Course Content
|
The aim of this course is to help students gain skills regarding the basic principles and theories related to International commercial law. Topics to be covered in this course include international commercial risks, lex mercatoria, CISG, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, International Commercial Terms, and Documents.
