Objectives of the Course Research and learn the arbitration practice of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), which is the most important practitioner and developer of commercial arbitration.
Course Content - The emergence and development of the ICC,
- General structure of ICC Arbitration,
- Addressing the framework of the ICC Arbitration Law,
- Discussion and evaluation of ICC Arbitration legislation and arbitraş decisions,
- Researching and discussing the current issues of ICC Arbitration and creating solution-oriented outputs
Course Methods and Techniques Personal work, case study, research and discussion, and practice together with Active and Digital Learning Tools
