Objectives of the Course The objective of this course is to evaluate developments in Turkish Private International Law in relation to matters involving foreign elements, comparative law, and particularly developments in European Union and US Private International Law.

Course Learning Outcomes: Upon the successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

1 Learning about developments in international private law and identifies problems.
2 Classifies information related to international agreements.
3 Applying to national and international judicial bodies and alternative dispute resolution.
4 Interprets positive legal norms and judicial precedents.
5 Using the theoretical knowledge they have acquired in international private law, along with current legislation, court decisions, and doctrine, they resolve the legal problems they encounter.
