Objectives of the Course	To learn the emergence and historical development of political parties for the first time, To have knowledge about political party systems and types of political parties in major democracies in the world, To learn the reasons for the establishment, organization, operation and termination of the legal personality of political parties, To have an idea about the functions of political parties in contemporary democratic political life, To gain the ability to reason about the importance, function and realization conditions of intra-party democracy
