Objectives of the Course This course builds upon the knowledge and skills gained in Basic Latin I. It aims to strengthen students’ understanding of verb tenses, participles, and sentence types, while improving their reading and translation skills through short texts.
Course Content The course covers perfect and imperfect verb tenses, participle structures, pronouns, and compound sentences with basic conjunctions. Students read and translate short Latin texts.
Course Methods and Techniques The course is conducted through lectures, grammar exercises, reading and translation activities. Students are encouraged to participate actively through in-class practice.
