Dersin Amacı İslam siyaset düşüncenin ayırd edici temel özelliklerini tarihsel bağlami içerisinde anlayıp tahlil edebilme ve tarihsel süreçleri değerlendirebilmek amacıyla kavramsal temellere vakıf olabilmek
Dersin İçeriği İslam siyaset düşüncesinin oluşumu, tarihsel süreç içerisinde yaşadığı değişimler ve kavrasal açılımlarn ortaya çıkışı, bunu sağlayan tarihsel dinamikleri, global bir perspektifle ele almak, ve bu süreç içerisinde ortaya çıkan önemli alimler, yazarlar ve düşünce üreticilerini derste ele alınacak. Kavramsal analizler tarihsel süreç içerisinde yaşanana değişimlerle iç içe ele alınacaktır.
