Objectives of the Course - Giving general information about the concept of Turkish Constitution (1.1.)
- Examining the application of the concepts that constitute the basic subjects of constitutional law such as rule of law, democracy, sovereignty in Turkey (1.1.)
- To be able to use the legislation related to Turkish Constitutional Law (2.1.)
- To be able to critically evaluate advanced knowledge and skills related to legislative, executive and judicial organs in Turkish Constitutional Law (3.2.1.)
- To be able to evaluate and analyze the legislation and judicial decisions related to Turkish Constitutional Law with the information learned (2.2.)
- To be able to define and share the problems and solution proposals on issues related to Turkish Constitutional Law (3.3.2)
Course Content In this course, the appearance of the theoretical issues taken in the Constitutional Law I course in Turkish Constitutional Law will be covered. In addition, constitutional developments in Turkey, the features of the 1982 constitution, the basic characteristics of the state, fundamental rights and freedoms, government systems, legislative, executive and judicial bodies will be examined. In addition, constitutional jurisdiction and individual application methods will be examined in detail.
Course Methods and Techniques Innovative learning techniques will be used.
